Recalculate the whole system
Record the vehicle, receiver, carrier, extension, basket, cargo, and load center. Add hardware and accessory weights, then compare the exact manufacturer ratings. Recheck tailgate, exhaust, ground clearance, license plate, lighting, and turning space.
The earlier opportunity ledger kept this as a separate extension question because a generic basket guide cannot answer interface and leverage changes. Preserve that distinction rather than reusing a “fits most” statement.
Limits
No carrier, extension, vehicle, or load was tested. No universal rating, overhang, or clearance is supplied.
